Meet Meagan

Meagan Greene is a Compass real estate agent who has lived and worked in Idyllwild since 2006. She specializes in cabins, vintage homes, and mountain properties across Idyllwild, Pine Cove, Fern Valley, Garner Valley, and Mountain Center, and serves as Treasurer of the Idyllwild Association of Realtors.

Raised between Alaska and Southern California, Meagan started exploring Idyllwild as a teenager. After falling in love with life in the mountains, she made the move "up the hill" and never looked back. That personal history shapes everything about how she works. She didn't choose Idyllwild for a career opportunity; she chose it as home long before real estate entered the picture.

With a background in business, finance, and accounting and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Redlands, Meagan brings a detail-focused, analytical approach to pricing, preparation, and negotiation. She has a deep appreciation for architecture and design, and with more than 100 closed transactions on the mountain, she is especially known for representing homes with character, including architectural cabins, vintage properties, and unique mountain estates.

A strong network of trusted local vendors, including contractors, inspectors, plumbers, and more, helps keep transactions moving smoothly even when the unexpected arises.
