Meet Meagan

Meagan Greene was born and raised in Southern California and started exploring Idyllwild as a teenager. After falling in love with life in the mountains, she made the move "up the hill" where she has now lived and worked for 19 years. That personal history shapes everything about how she works. She didn't choose Idyllwild for a career opportunity; she chose it as home long before real estate entered the picture.

With a background in business, finance, and accounting and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Redlands, Meagan brings a detail-focused, analytical approach to pricing, preparation, and negotiation. She has a deep appreciation for architecture and design, and is especially known for representing homes with character, including architectural cabins, vintage properties, and unique mountain estates.

Meagan takes a hands-on approach from start to finish, guiding clients through every step with clear communication and steady support.
