In the Palmer Room, you will dine alongside Palmer's long and impressive career memorabilia. The Lavender Bistro is the perfect date spot with sophisticated food and lavish decor. Eat outside on the patio, surrounded by twinkling lights, gorgeous flowers, and live music. Morgan’s in the Desert serves up incredible food made with locally sourced ingredients for a fantastic experience. Try any of their delicious dishes paired with one of their hand-crafted cocktails. 
 
Old Town features everything shopping enthusiasts could want. It has it all, from little boutiques and specialty stores to big-name brands and home decor. It even features spas, restaurants, and other fun experiences as well.
 

Things To Do

La Quinta has tons of things to do year-round. The La Quinta Museum is a two-story Spanish colonial revival building that gives you a look into the city's local history. The exhibits change, but each dives into a different aspect of the art and culture of La Quinta. Lake Cahuilla Recreation Area is a large park with fun things to do for the whole family. Here you can camp, have a picnic, fish, swim, hike, horseback ride, and much more. It also features community events such as concerts and boat races. Golfing is huge in La Quinta, and you can even try your hand at the PGA West Stadium Course, which is in America’s top 100 golf courses and labeled the fourth toughest. The stadium is also host to other events such as their Film Festival, polo tournaments, Tennis Open, and more. 
 
The Cove Oasis Trailhead has multiple trails for visitors, ranging in difficulty and length. The trails take you through the natural beauty of the area, and you can experience the fantastic views. There are also picnic areas and public art on display as well. La Quinta has an amazing art scene, and you can view some of the pieces at the I.M.A.G.E.S Fine Art Gallery and Garden. You can view the displays inside the actual museum and outside in the garden. They also hold events and workshops for guests to attend.
