You will never run out of things to do in Palm Desert. The Cabot’s Pueblo Museum is a historical home built in the 1940s by Cabot Yerxa. You can tour the inside of the house, which is lined with art and artifacts from the family who used to live there. The Palm Desert Farmers’ Market takes place once a week and offers plenty of locally grown fruits, vegetables, flowers, and other locally sourced items. Live music from local bands also fills the venue to set the mood for the shoppers. Desert Zoo and Gardens teaches about desert life and the plants and wildlife that inhabit it.
